What surfaces can I clean with a steam cleaner?
All EV steam cleaners produce pure dry steam with only 3 to 5% humidity. Steam with these parameters provides unlimited cleaning possibilities. Detailed information about the recommended steam level for different materials and surfaces, can be found in the User Guide of each unit.
How often should the machine be serviced?
For in-home use, steam cleaners have to be serviced once every year. When it comes to professional use, depending on the workload, the frequency may vary from 2 to 4 times a year.
I changed my country of residence, can my unit be serviced?
Yes! At the moment, we have authorized distributors and services in more than 40 countries. If we have a representative near you, you can contact them to make an appointment for service.
